You should meet most or all of the following

• Native fluency in Hindi (reading and writing)
• Strong command of English (for prompt interpretation and evaluation)
• Deep academic, research, or intellectual expertise in Hindi literature and/or linguistics, such as:
• Hindi literary traditions (Premchand, Mahadevi Verma, Agyeya, contemporary writers)
• Literary movements such as Bhakti, Chhayavad, Pragativad, and modernism
• Hindi poetry, fiction, drama, and critical traditions
• Linguistics of Hindi (registers, dialects, sociolinguistics)
• Oral traditions, folklore, and narrative cultures
• PhD, MPhil, or Master’s degree preferred, but credible and extensive experience in the field will also be considered
• Passion for linguistic precision, literary depth, and cultural nuance
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.

Your Role

• Design advanced, culturally rich prompts in Hindi that challenge state‑of‑the‑art AI models
• Evaluate AI outputs for literary nuance, linguistic accuracy, tone, and regional relevance
• Identify blind spots where AI misrepresents cultural context, literary traditions, or linguistic subtleties
• Contribute examples rooted in Hindi literature, history, media, and lived cultural experience
• Collaborate with an international expert network shaping how AI understands Indian languages and knowledge systems
