The ideal candidates will have native fluency in Kannada, a strong command of English, and a deep understanding of Kannada literary traditions. Candidates with an academic background in the field or significant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Kannada poetry, fiction, drama, and essay traditions

• Evaluate AI outputs for literary nuance, linguistic accuracy, tone, and regional relevance
• Identify blind spots where AI misrepresents cultural context, literary traditions, or linguistic subtleties
• Contribute examples rooted in Kannada literature, history, media, and lived cultural experience
• Collaborate with an international expert network shaping how AI understands Indian languages and knowledge systems
