You should meet most or all of the following:

• Fluent Hindi (reading and writing)
• Strong command of English (for prompt interpretation and evaluation)
• Deep academic, professional, or field expertise in Performing Arts, such as:
• Classical performance traditions (music, dance, theatre)
• Folk and regional performance practices
• Theatre and dramatic traditions (classical, modern, experimental)
• Performance theory, aesthetics, and criticism
• Contemporary performance practices and interdisciplinary work
• Storytelling, oral traditions, and performance-based pedagogy
• Performance history and historiography
• Curation, documentation, and archiving of performance traditions
• PhD, MPhil, or Master’s degree preferred, or extensive credible experience in the field will also be considered.
• Passion for performance, cultural nuance, and embodied traditions
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.

Your Role

• Create advanced prompts in Hindi that challenge AI models
• Evaluate AI outputs for factual accuracy, cultural authenticity, and performance nuance
• Identify blind spots where AI oversimplifies embodied knowledge and lived performance traditions
• Collaborate with a global expert network shaping next-generation AI systems
