Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an MDM specialist with 4-8 years of experience to drive master data management initiatives in Life Science & Pharma sectors. The role focuses on implementing robust MDM deployments, data governance and integration with CRM/ERP systems, and optimizing data quality and survivorship rules.

Hybrid work model in Bengaluru offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing learning in new MDM technologies to support client data initiatives and analytics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM or Reltio MDM).
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Domain knowledge in Life Science & Pharma/Healthcare sector.

Job Description :

• Good domain knowledge on Life Science & Pharma/Healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of master data management concepts. Subject matter expert to implement robust and successful deployment of an MDM platform (Reltio/Informatica MDM)
• Experience on MDM solutions integration with CRM & ERP systems
• Good knowledge of various aspects of - like data ingestion/inbound configurations, data modelling, match rules, cleanse rules, survivorship rules, metadata analysis, outbound configurations.
• To be able to understand the client's customer life cycle, touchpoints where customer data is captured and business processes to collect, analyze and consume this data for various purposes such as marketing, sales, customer service etc.
• Good understanding of Data Stewardship and Governance process - Manual Merge, Hierarchy Management, Workflow Management, Unmerge, Curation, Survivorship, etc.
• Define requirements for data quality rules, data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria, and data stewardship workflows.
• Committed to continue understanding of new technologies and their strategic advantages.
• Able to review & develop independently, lead code reviews and ensure quality throughout the life of MDM project.
