Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MDM Developer with strong expertise in Reltio/Informatica MDM, Master Data Management, and the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing MDM solutions, integrating with CRM and ERP systems, and supporting data governance, stewardship, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Master Data Management solutions using Reltio/Informatica MDM.
• Implement and maintain data ingestion, data modeling, matching, cleansing, survivorship, and outbound processes.
• Integrate MDM solutions with CRM and ERP platforms.
• Analyze customer data lifecycle, business processes, and data touchpoints across sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
• Define and implement data quality, matching, merging, and stewardship workflows.
• Support Data Governance and Data Stewardship activities including:
• Manual Merge
• Unmerge
• Hierarchy Management
• Workflow Management
• Data Curation
• Survivorship
• Participate in code reviews and ensure quality throughout the MDM project lifecycle.
