Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking an experienced MDM specialist to set up and optimize master data management systems for pharmaceutical data. The role focuses on data design, cloud integration, data quality, and governance across HCP and HCO domains.

You will drive architectures, model data, and lead hands‑on MDM implementations in a fast paced startup environment. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of MDM experience in pharma, strong communication skills, and hands-on work with Informatica MDM or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of MDM experience in the pharmaceutical domain.
• Expertise in MDM concepts and implementing complex MDM systems from scratch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with a quality‑focused approach.
• Experience in data modeling, development, and testing for enterprise solutions.
• Should have done configurations on the MDM tool (Match C Merge, survivorship rule, base object, queries and packages and more).
• Familiarity with Azure and AWS is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare data sources like SP/SD, IQVIA, claims is a plus.

• Experience in data modeling, development, and testing for enterprise solutions.
