• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote Swadesh Banking products and services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets via cross-selling and upselling banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and insurance.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
