Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. in Telangana seeks a Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and market development.

You will build micro markets, empanel referral partners, and generate leads for Micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans, while managing the customer journey and ensuring smooth loan processing. You will nurture partnerships, conduct doorstep service, and cross-sell insurance to protect customers’ assets.

• Awareness of Micro LAP and gold loan products; customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Develop new micro markets and engage quality referral partners to scale Micro LAP and gold-backed loans.
• Work in assigned area and generate leads as directed by Branch Business Manager.
• Conduct cold calling to the potential customer base and plan daily sales calls.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral partners and connectors.
• Guide customers through end-to-end loan processing and activate partners for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at residence or office and ensure policy adherence.
• Act as the eyes and ears of the organization for market opportunities and information.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to protect property, health, and life.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
