Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. invites you to join as a field sales professional in Telangana/Bhongir. You will drive customer acquisition for Micro LAP and gold-backed loans, enrolling referral partners and delivering doorstep service to clients.

You will manage end-to-end loan processing, build strong relationships with partners, and act as the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp in the assigned area. Local language plus English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and business development in financial services.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain partner relationships.
• Proficiency in local language and English.
• Willingness to travel in the assigned area.
• Knowledge of loan products (Micro LAP, gold loans) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and Gold-backed loans.
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to potential customers to generate business.
• Daily sales calls as per the plan submitted to BBM.
• Nurture relationships with referral partners / connectors.
• Manage customer journey through sales and product championships; activate partners for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at residence or office.
• Learn organization policies and source files as per policy.
• Be the eyes and ears of the organization while in market; share opportunities with Branch Manager.
• Support customers in end-to-end loan processing.
• Bridge between customers and the Branch.
• Be responsible for soft bucket collections, early mortality and 12 MOB fresh sourcing.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the area assigned.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
