Job summary

Finova Capital is seeking energetic Relationship Officers to drive sales and expand the secured loans book across Pune, Nashik, and nearby cities. You will manage end-to-end loan processing and build strong local client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 0–4 years in secured loan sales, exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset. Freshers with local market knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through field networking, local market activities, direct sourcing, and customer referrals.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly business sales targets for secured loans.
• Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring proper documentation, seamless coordination, and timely disbursal.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Compliance & Collections: Ensure strict adherence to company compliance guidelines, risk policies, and assist in timely loan collections.
