Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a field sales professional in the Nilgiris district to drive customer acquisition through strategic business development. You will manage the customer journey via sales championships, activate referral partners, and scale micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans (Suvarna).

You will generate leads in the assigned area, perform cold calls and daily sales calls, and nurture relationships with referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through business development and sales campaigns.
• Activate and manage referral partners to scale micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans.
• Generate leads in the assigned area and network with branch managers.
• Conduct cold calls and daily sales calls as planned.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral partners and customers.
• Provide doorstep service and support end-to-end loan processing.
• Serve as the bridge between customers and the branch.
• Contribute to soft bucket collections and early mortality controls.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
