Job summary

Coppergate is seeking a Relationship Officer to drive sales of Housing Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). You will generate leads, acquire customers, handle documentation, and push for monthly targets through direct field sales.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication, and a willingness to work in the field across Maharashtra, Bengaluru, and Tamil Nadu. Graduate in any discipline is acceptable, with incentives on offer.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan or Secured Loan sales.
• Direct Sales / DST and field sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and basic credit processes.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and source customers for Housing Loan and LAP products.
• Conduct field visits and develop business through market sourcing and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Collect and verify customer and property-related documents.
