Job summary

Meragi, a fast-growing startup transforming India’s wedding industry, is seeking customer-focused sales talent in Hyderabad. You will drive sales, build client relationships, and collaborate with design teams to deliver dream weddings.

The role emphasizes ownership, adaptability, and staying current with wedding and design trends in a fast-paced environment. Freshers may convert to full-time. Telugu proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–4 years of sales experience (wedding/event or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu (speaking and understanding).
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales performance for your team and consistently achieve targets.
• Identify and convert new prospects through multiple channels.
• Share feedback and insights to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth journey from consultation to event delivery.
• Work closely with design and operations teams to align on concepts and fulfilment quality.
• Provide clients with thoughtful recommendations based on their design preferences and trends.
