Job summary

Meragi is seeking a Venue Partnerships Associate to grow our venue network across Rajasthan. You will identify venues, reach out to owners, and lead onboarding while building lasting relationships with partners.

This role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, exploring the hospitality and wedding ecosystem, and traveling across Rajasthan to visit venues. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience and drive engagement and performance with venue partners.

Qualifications

• 14 years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, hospitality, sales, account management, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with venue owners and hospitality professionals.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Interest in business development, partnerships, hospitality, or weddings.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan for venue visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map potential wedding venues, resorts, hotels, and event spaces across Rajasthan.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective venue partners.
• Reach out to venue owners, General Managers, and key decision-makers to introduce Meragi.
• Lead and support partnership discussions and venue onboarding.
• Present Meragi's value proposition to prospective venue partners.
• Coordinate follow-ups and help drive partnership conversions.
• Build strong relationships with existing venue partners.
• Conduct regular check-ins and gather partner feedback.
• Support initiatives to improve partner engagement and venue performance.
• Visit venues to understand operations, facilities, and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Venue Research & Outreach

• Identify and map potential wedding venues, resorts, hotels, and event spaces across Rajasthan.
