Job Overview

At SolarSquare, the Relationship Manager team plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Relationship Manager Trainee, you will become the primary point of contact for homeowners after they purchase a rooftop solar system. Your role is to guide customers through every stage of their solar journey while ensuring transparent communication and seamless coordination with internal teams. This role is customer‑facing, relationship‑driven, and process‑oriented, and it is based entirely in our Pune office.

Other Requirements

Proficient in Tamil Language. We welcome candidates from any academic background who enjoy interacting with people and solving real customer problems. Excellent verbal communication skills. Comfort communicating in Tamil, Hindi and English. Additional regional language proficiency is a plus. Strong ownership and accountability. Ability to remain calm and patient in customer conversation.

Compensation

Salary: 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
