Job summary

Responsibilities include sourcing CASA and term deposits, cross-selling products, monitoring portfolio health, and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• 2–8 years of experience in Banking, preferably CASA, Institutional Banking, Corporate Salary, Government Banking, or TASC.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Good understanding of liability products, cash management, and banking operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.

• Acquire new TASC relationships and grow the liability book.
• Source CASA, Term Deposits, and other liability products from TASC clients.
• Deepen existing relationships through cross-selling of banking products and services.
• Identify opportunities for transaction banking, CMS, payment solutions, and other value-added services.
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets for acquisition, CASA, and revenue.
• Conduct regular client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure high service standards and timely resolution of customer queries.
• Monitor portfolio health, account profitability, and customer engagement.
• Adhere to compliance, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
