Job summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP in Mumbai is seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager to on-board TASC clients such as trusts, associations, societies and clubs, and to expand the liability base by deepening relationships with mapped customers.

You will promote digital products and salary propositions while managing an institutional banking portfolio and serving clients with comprehensive banking needs, driving campaigns and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience in Government banking / TASC sectors.
• Knowledge of Banking products and processes; strong Relationship Management skills.

Responsibilities

• On-board new TASC clients (trusts, associations, societies, clubs).
• Acquire new TASC clients through market scoping and relationship-building.
• Grow the liability base of TASC customers (CASA+FD) by deepening relationships with mapped clients.
• Sell allied products, Online Solution (Collection and Payment) / Digital Products / Salary Proposition to enhance client engagement.
• Manage an Institutional Banking portfolio and service clients' full banking needs.
• Actively participate in campaigns across liability and other products.
• Comply with bank processes and maintain high compliance standards.

• Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for on-boarding new TASC clients- trust, associate, societies, clubs.
  
• Acquire new TASC clients through market scoping and relationship.
  
• Grow the liability base of TASC customers (CASA+FD) by deepening relationships of mapped TASC customer base.
  
• Sell allied products, Online Solution (Collection and Payment ) / Digital Products / Salary Proposition with a view to enhance client engagement and relationship.
  
• Responsible for managing an Institutional Banking portfolio
  
• Service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products.
  
• Actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other products
  
• Conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance
  

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4 years of relevant work experience into Government banking / Trust, Association, Society, Club (TASC), Educational bodies, Hospitals etc.
  
• Knowledge of Banking products and processes Strong Relationship Management skills. (Candidates with acquaintance of Senior Government officials would be advantageous)
