Job summary

Tata Capital Finance Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Relationship Manager-Supply Chain-Sales to originate NTB prospects, acquire customers and guide proposals up to disbursement. You will meet existing customers, identify growth opportunities, and tailor working capital facilities across Overdraft, Cash Credit, Dealer Finance and related products.

The role aims to expand trade verticals, cross-sell services, and build long-term relationships across corporate segments with a focus on revenue

Responsibilities

• Originate NTB prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels.
• Acquire customers and take their proposals up to disbursement.
• Meet existing customers to generate business opportunities and revenue.
• Cater to business with turnover ranges across segments and offer facilities like working capital, overdraft, cash credit, dealer/vendor finance, LC, BG, term loan, etc.
• Manage customer relationships; address service & sales queries to engage and retain customers.
• Identify new segments and set up new trade verticals across locations.
• Recommend and introduce new services to engage customers & generate fee income.
• Acquire Emerging Corporate Profile customers.
• Cross-sell other retail/postgraduate/graduation products.

1. 1. Originate NTB prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels
2. 2. Acquiring customers and taking their proposal up to the stage of disbursement.
3. 3. Meeting existing customers to generate business opportunities thereby generating revenue
4. 4. Catering to the business having a turnover of Rs 100 to 500 crs in Emerging Business, Rs 500 to 1000 crs in Mid Corporate and Rs 1000 crs & above in Large Corp with different working capital facilities such as Overdraft, Cash credit, Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Term Loan, etc. as per the clients need.
5. 6. Managing customer relationships; addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
6. 7. Identifying new segments & set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the company.
