Job summary

BFSI Connect is hiring a Relationship Manager - SME in Mumbai to source and drive secured lending products including Mortgage, LAP, Home Loans and Working Capital. The candidate should have proven lending experience and an established DSA network to generate steady deal flow.

You will manage end-to-end loan processing, build strong relationships with DSAs and clients, and aim to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance with credit

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in lending / financial services.
• Proven track record in sourcing Mortgage / LAP / HL / Working Capital business.
• Strong DSA network & on-ground relationship management skills.
• Max age 32 years.
