Skillventory in India is seeking a Relationship Manager – Prime LAP to drive SME lending through the DSA channel in Raipur and Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. You will lead end-to-end loan processing, build a strong DSA network and manage credit-aligned proposals.

The role targets Prime LAP / SME lending with monthly disbursement goals, and offers an annual CTC of 5.50–9.50 LPA for candidates up to age 35. Collaboration with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams is essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a strong DSA / Connector network for Prime LAP business
Generate quality leads through DSA & channel partners
Source secured SME / LAP proposals with strong business potential
Drive end-to-end loan processing from lead generation to disbursement
Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Legal/Technical teams
Ensure proposals meet defined credit & policy guidelines
Build long-term relationships with DSAs and consistently increase channel productivity
Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality
Ensure excellent customer and partner experience
