Job Description:

Key Result Areas

Undertake relationship management with channel partners:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Provide regular training and support to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
• Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Setup Business tracking process with channel partners:

• Create and share regular MIS tracking updates
• Tracking partner wise lead flows on daily basis

Managing Call centre funnel for channel partners

• Manage Call centre team to ensure inbound / outbound calls are being handled with maximum efficiency
• Resolve customer queries and concerns on timely basis

Collaborate with internal teams and build on product knowledge

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Should have some knowledge of Policy and product to manage the role

Undertake Cross selling

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional VAS and insurance products and services to Udyog Plus customers.
• Implement cross-selling strategies and campaigns to increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
