Job summary

Nuvama Wealth And Investment is seeking a Relationship Manager to join the Sales team in the Asset Management business. You will build and manage relationships across Private Wealth firms, National Distributors, IFAs, banks and MFDs to drive business growth.

You will onboard distribution partners, position investment solutions, and collaborate with product and investment teams to deliver a seamless partner experience and meet sales targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Established relationships with key distributor and wealth management stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B sales/distribution in asset management or mutual funds.
• Understanding of investment products and distribution channels; exposure to AIFs, PMS, MF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships across B2B distribution ecosystem (Private Wealth firms, Private Banks, Boutique Wealth firms, National Distributors, IFAs, Banks and MFDs).
• Onboard distribution partners end-to-end and ensure a seamless partner experience through the product lifecycle.
• Drive sales across investment products including AIFs, PMS and Mutual Funds.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth areas to drive sales outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecast opportunities and execute channel-specific sales plans.
• Collaborate with internal product and investment teams to position investment solutions with distribution partners.
• Stay abreast of market developments and distributor requirements to identify growth opportunities.

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will be part of the Sales team within the Asset Management business. The role will focus on building and managing relationships across Private Wealth firms, National Distributors, IFAs, Banks and MFDs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage and deepen relationships across the B2B distribution ecosystem, including Private Wealth firms, Private Banks, Boutique Wealth firms, National Distributors, IFAs, Banks and MFDs.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of distribution partners and ensure a seamless partner experience throughout the product lifecycle, from initial engagement and onboarding through ongoing servicing.
• Drive sales across focused investment products, including AIFs, PMS and Mutual Funds.
• Identify new business opportunities, priority relationships and key growth areas to drive sales outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecast business opportunities and execute channel-specific sales plans to achieve defined targets.
• Work closely with internal product, investment and other relevant teams to effectively position investment solutions with distribution partners.
• Stay abreast of market developments, competitive offerings and evolving distributor/client requirements to identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Requirements

• Established relationships with key stakeholders across the distributor and wealth management fraternity.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales / distribution within the Asset Management, Mutual Fund or broader investment products industry.
• Strong understanding of investment products and distribution channels; exposure to AIFs, PMS, Mutual Funds and/or alternative investment products would be preferred.
