Job summary

Bank Zone Staffing Solutions in Tamil Nadu is seeking a sales-oriented candidate to source customers for home loans, LAP and MSME loans. The role involves direct field activity to generate leads, assess needs, and guide clients toward suitable loan options.

You will manage the end-to-end sourcing to disbursement process, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and work toward achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets in a dynamic retail lending environment.

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Target-oriented with good negotiation ability.
• Age 22 to 30 years.
