Job summary

Angel One is hiring a Senior Associate – Outbound Sales (LAMF) in Mumbai. You will serve as a Virtual Relationship Manager, supporting customers and channel partners with loan leads, guiding them through product eligibility, documentation, and the application process.

You'll proactively follow up on leads, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely progression to disbursal. Strong communication and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, relationship management, customer service or BFSI/fintech.
• Proven ability to handle high volume outbound calls and maintain follow-up discipline.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with digital loan processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Angel One customers and channel partners on loan leads and applications by explaining the loan product, eligibility, documentation and the overall application process.
• Engage with partners for customer journey assistance and transaction fulfilment.
• Track pending applications and follow up regularly to improve conversion and disbursal rates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of customer/partner issues.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead status and follow-up details in the CRM/MIS.
• Escalate technical, operational or credit-related issues to the relevant teams.

Role: Senior Associate – Outbound Sales (LAMF)

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to support customers and channel partners for drop off assistance during the journey. The role will involve proactive assistance, lead follow-ups, resolving basic queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers complete their loan application and disbursal process smoothly.

Who you are:

• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, relationship management, customer service, fintech, lending or BFSI.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand and explain digital loan processes.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, Excel/MIS and digital platforms.
• Prior experience in lending, fintech, broking or BFSI will be an advantage.
