Globiva is hiring a Relationship Manager for Affluent Credit Cards in Mumbai. Immediate joiners only. The role focuses on managing relationships with premium cardholders, delivering concierge-grade service, and acting as the main contact for premium card queries.

Qualifications

• Graduate or above.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in relationship management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in premium credit cards, airlines, hospitality, concierge services, or premium customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple queries and deliver premium client service.
