Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for the MNC business domain in Bengaluru. The role focuses on acquiring new clients while managing a small existing portfolio to drive growth and revenue.

The candidate will cross-sell Trade, Forex and CMS solutions, as well as Salary Accounts, Privy and Wealth Banking products, ensuring high standards of customer experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Experience in acquiring NTB clients and managing corporate portfolios.
• Ability to grow SOH and CASA books while maintaining profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Acquisition of NTB clients Asset & Liability
• Manage existing portfolio, and grow SOH and CASA book
• Generate Fee Income & be responsible for account profitability and ensuring minimal delinquency
• Revenue delivery across products, ensure compliance to banks audits, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Develop Relationships and liaise with product and operations teams to provide customers experience of high standards

• Relationship Manager in MNC business will be given a small portfolio of existing clients to handle.
• Majority emphasis is on New Client Acquisition and thus growing the portfolio at a fast pace.
• Relationship Manager is also expected to sell Trade, Forex, CMS solutions to clients and cross sell Salary Accounts, Privy and Wealth Banking solutions.
