Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a Relationship Manager – Royal / Premium Banking to manage a portfolio of high-value customers in India, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue from banking, wealth, and investment products. You will acquire new premium clients, generate referrals, and cross-sell mutual funds, insurance, deposits, loans, and wealth products while maintaining excellent service.

Ensure compliance with KYC/AML, maintain documentation, and regularly review client profiles to tailor

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: manage premium/royal customers and build strong relationships.
• Business Acquisition: acquire new high-net-worth customers; generate leads via references and market mapping.
• Revenue Generation: achieve targets for CASA, investments, insurance, and loans.
• Cross-Selling & Upselling: sell mutual funds, insurance, FDs, loans, cards and wealth products.
• Portfolio Management: review client profiles and suggest customized financial solutions.
• Compliance & Process: follow KYC/AML guidelines and ensure proper documentation.
