Jana Small Finance Bank Limited in Amritsar seeks a client acquisition and onboarding specialist for NRI clients. You will source new NRI customers via referrals, overseas branches, digital leads, and direct outreach, and manage wealth portfolios including mutual funds and PMS.

You will grow assets, deepen relationships, review portfolios, handle service requests, and engage on personal occasions, delivering tailored financial solutions.

• Increase and track AUM, CASA balances, and fixed deposits.
• Review client portfolios, handle service requests/complaints, and engage on personal occasions.

Role & responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Source new NRI customers through referrals, overseas branches, digital leads, and direct outreach.

Portfolio & Wealth Management: Handle High-Net-Worth (HNI) and affluent NRI portfolios; offer customized financial solutions including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Life/Term Insurance, and RBI/Sovereign Gold Bonds.

Liability & Asset Growth: Increase and track Assets Under Management (AUM), CASA (Current Account Savings Account) balances, and fixed deposits.

Relationship & Service Deepening: Regularly review client portfolios, handle service requests/complaints, track client visits to India, and engage on personal or festive occasions.
