• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing income through personal discussion & field visits
• Track and ensure repayments of the loan disbursed
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing
• Sourcing & completion of loan documents, application form filling & follow-up till disbursement stage
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in a cost-effective manner
