Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu invites applications for a frontline field sales role focused on Micro LAP and Micro Housing finance. You will generate leads, assess income via personal discussions and field visits, and drive disbursement of loans in a cost‑efficient way.

You will track repayments, convert existing microfinance members to eligible products, and ensure timely delivery of Equitas products while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner
• Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage
