The Corporate Institute is seeking a Relationship Manager – Large Liability in New Delhi to source NTB liability customers for the bank and assess limited credit needs. You will manage exposure across the client lifecycle and drive revenue through deposits, CMS/Trade/FX, and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Originate NTB accounts and manage a portfolio of large Liability Group clients.
• Evaluate credit requirements for liability generation and monitor credit exposure lifecycle.
• Develop and execute a large liability strategy for the region and target top clients.
• Onboard clients with a solutions-based approach and co-create unique solutions.
• Build and manage relationships to maximize revenues from CA, deposits, CMS/Trade/FX throughputs.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Managers, Credit Managers and Implementation teams.

Role/Job Title: Relationship Manager – Large Liability

Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking

Location : New Delhi

Job Purpose: The job purpose is to source NTB liability customers for the bank and to evaluate limited credit requirement for generating liability and manage the credit exposure during the life cycle of clients

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Origination of New To Bank (NTBs) accounts and managing (farming) a portfolio of large Liability Group clients.
• Evaluate limited credit requirement for generating liability and manage the credit exposure during the life cycle of clients.
• Develop a large liability strategy for a particular city/region and execute it. Target top clients in the coverage geography and convert them.
• Originate CMS/Trade Processing/FX/ Supply Chain Finance transactions from Cash Rich Corporate clients, mainly from Digital First Companies, local IT/ITES firms and MNC subsidiaries.
• Onboard these clients with a solutions-based approach, co-create unique solutions wherever required.
• Build Liquid Asset OR limited Lending including writing credit assessment memo and monitoring
• Build and manage relationships with clients and increase CA balances, term deposits, CMS/Trade/FX throughputs and maximize revenues from these services. Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximize share of wallet.
• Collaborate with the various Product Sales Managers, Credit Managers and the Implementation teams across all Banking products to achieve these objectives.
