• Promoter & retail engagement: Work with promoters and shop owners to boost product visibility and offline sales.
• Reporting: Maintain records of sales, training, and stakeholder interactions; provide insights on performance and trends.

• Training: Design and deliver effective training programs for retail owners, service staff, and promoters, ensuring they are well-equipped to understand and communicate the features and benefits of device protection plans.
• Digital engagement: Engage stakeholders via WhatsApp, email, and calls to share updates, provide support, and drive awareness. Leverage digital tools to generate leads and enhance engagement.
• Promoter & retail engagement: Work closely with promoters and shop owners to build product visibility and mindshare. Plan and execute promotional activities and events to boost offline sales.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, training, and stakeholder interactions. Provide regular reports with insights on performance, market trends, and improvement opportunities.
