Job summary

Godrej Industries Group (GIG) is seeking a motivated professional to drive Home Loans sales for Godrej Capital. You will engage customers at project sites, pitch loan products, and work with partners to generate leads and meet monthly sourcing, sanction, and disbursement targets.

The role requires coordinating with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing and excellent customer experience throughout the loan journey.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Home Loans and related mortgage products through direct customer acquisition and channel relationships.
• Meet customers at builder/developer project sites and pitch Godrej Capital's Home Loan offerings.
• Conduct local marketing initiatives, sales promotion activities, and brand-building exercises to generate leads and increase market visibility.
• Achieve monthly targets for sourcing, sanction, and disbursement of loan files.
• Manage the complete loan process from customer acquisition to disbursement while ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Conduct preliminary financial assessment and eligibility evaluation of customers.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for seamless processing of loan applications.
• Ensure all required legal, technical, credit, and customer documentation is collected and completed accurately.
• Educate customers on product features, loan eligibility, documentation requirements, repayment schedules, insurance, and applicable terms and conditions.
• Inform customers on credit decisions and provide guidance through the loan approval and disbursement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, real estate brokers, DSAs, and other sourcing partners to generate business opportunities.
• Ensure portfolio quality through adherence to processes, compliance requirements, and responsible sourcing practices.
