Job summary

Godrej Industries Group is seeking a senior sales professional to drive Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales across SEP and SENP segments in Mumbai and surrounding regions. You will plan monthly and quarterly acquisition strategies, onboard DSAs, and deepen relationships with distribution partners to achieve and exceed regional goals.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of sales experience in financial services.
• Experience in selling Home Loans and LAP to SEP/SENP segments.
• Strong ability to onboard and manage DSAs and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Sell Home Loans and LAP products to SEP and SENP customers.
• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly customer acquisition strategies.
• Identify and onboard channel partners, DSAs, and connectors.
• Manage relationships with DSA channels for growth.

• Provide timely status updates to customers and ensure timely closure.

Job Description

• Sell Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products for SEP and SENP customer segments.
• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly customer acquisition strategies to achieve and exceed regional business goals.
• Identify, onboard, and develop high-potential channel partners, DSAs, and connectors in line with business plans and organizational SOPs.
• Manage, strengthen, and deepen relationships with DSA channels to drive sustainable business growth.
• Monitor and manage the distribution network to ensure optimum productivity and market penetration.
• Plan and execute sales promotion initiatives to enhance lead generation and business conversions.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and support them in completing documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, RCU, and other support functions to ensure smooth processing and optimum turnaround time (TAT).
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding application status and ensure closure of any queries or issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by adopting a customer-centric approach and delivering superior service standards.
• Maintain business databases, MIS reports, sales trackers, and periodic reporting requirements.
• Drive cross-selling of insurance and other related financial products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established business processes.
• Track market trends, competition, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
