Job summary

Godrej Industries Group is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive home loan and mortgage product sales. You will meet customers at builder and developer project sites, provide end-to-end financing guidance, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely approvals and disbursements.

The role emphasizes direct sourcing, channel partnerships, and ongoing relationship-building with builders, brokers, and other channels to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of sales experience in home loans or mortgage products.
• Experience meeting customers at builder/developer project sites.
• Ability to coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Risk teams.

• Manage the complete loan lifecycle including customer acquisition, documentation, application processing, and disbursement coordination.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure timely approval and disbursement of loan applications.

Job Description

• Drive sales of Home Loans and other mortgage products through direct sourcing and channel partners.
• Meet customers at builder/developer project sites and provide end-to-end guidance on home loan products and financing solutions.
• Conduct marketing, lead generation, sales promotion, and brand-building activities to acquire new customers and expand market presence.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in terms of sourcing, sanctions, and disbursements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, real estate brokers, DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage the complete loan lifecycle including customer acquisition, documentation, application processing, and disbursement coordination.
• Conduct preliminary assessment of customer eligibility, income, repayment capacity, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure timely approval and disbursement of loan applications.
• Resolve customer queries and provide guidance on loan terms, repayment schedules, insurance, and other product-related information.
• Ensure portfolio quality through proper customer onboarding, compliance adherence, and follow-up on collections, where required.
• Track competition activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify business growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate MIS, sales reports, and customer data as per organizational requirements.
