Job summary

Tata Capital Finance Ltd in Jamshedpur is seeking a Relationship Manager - Emerging Corporate - Sales to drive NTB opportunities and manage a growing corporate portfolio.

You will originate prospects, acquire customers, and manage end-to-end proposals through disbursement while building strong client relationships across Emerging, Mid Corporate and Large Corporate segments.

• Originate NTB prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels.
• Acquiring customers and taking proposals up to disbursement.
• Meeting existing customers to generate business opportunities and revenue.
• Catering to businesses with turnovers as per client needs and providing working capital facilities.
• Managing relationships; addressing service & sales queries to engage and retain customers.
• Identifying new segments and setting up new trade verticals in new regions.
• Recommend and introduce new services to engage customers and generate fee income.
• Acquisition of Emerging Corporate profile customers.
• Cross-sell to retail (PG/Graduate) products.

Job description

Relationship Manager - Emerging Corporate - Sales - Jamshedpur - Gayatri Enclave - JM

1. Originate NTB prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels
2. Acquiring customers and taking their proposal up to the stage of disbursement.
3. Meeting existing customers to generate business opportunities thereby generating revenue
4. Catering to the business having a turnover of Rs 100 to 500 crs in Emerging Business, Rs 500 to 1000 crs in Mid Corporate and Rs 1000 crs & above in Large Corp with different working capital facilities such as Overdraft, Cash credit, Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Term Loan, etc. as per the clients need.
5. Managing customer relationships; addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
6. Identifying new segments & set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the company.
7. Recommend & introduce new services with an objective to engage customers & generate fee income.
8. Acquisition of Emerging Corporate Profile customers
9. Cross sell other retail Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
