Job summary

Bharat H.R in Delhi invites applications for Relationship Manager – Dealing / Senior Relationship Manager – Dealing in Equity Dealing. You will drive revenue growth by executing trades, advising clients, and expanding the client base while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a graduate degree, 1+ year equity broking/dealing experience, NISM Series VIII certification, and strong English/local language communication. Proficiency in MS Office and trading platforms is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in equity broking/dealing.
• NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and financial products.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy/sell orders accurately on NSE/BSE terminals.
• Ensure timely and error-free order punching.
• Monitor client exposure limits and margin requirements.
• Maintain high trading volumes and frequency of trades.
• Provide informed investment advice based on market research and trends.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Acquire new clients and expand the existing client base.
• Promote research calls to enhance client engagement and trading activity.
• Drive revenue through cross-selling financial products such as MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs, etc.
• Ensure all transactions and activities comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Role Purpose

To drive revenue growth for the organization by executing trades, providing effective advisory services, and building strong client relationships. The role involves managing client portfolios, increasing trading activity, and expanding the client base while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Dealing & Execution

• Execute buy/sell orders accurately on behalf of clients across NSE/BSE terminals
• Ensure timely and error-free order punching
• Monitor client exposure limits and margin requirements
• Maintain high trading volumes and frequency of trades

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

• Provide informed investment advice based on market research and trends
• Recommend suitable strategies aligned with client risk profiles
• Address client queries related to markets and investments
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Business Development

• Acquire new clients and expand the existing client base
• Maintain high activation ratio and increase the number of active traders
• Promote research calls to enhance client engagement and trading activity

Wealth & Product Distribution

• Drive revenue through cross-selling financial products such as:
  • Mutual Funds (MF)
  • Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
  • Insurance
  • Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs, etc.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all transactions and activities comply with regulatory and internal guidelines
• Adhere to risk management protocols and company policies

Job Specifications

• Graduate from a recognized university
