AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager (CV & CE) to drive growth by managing and expanding relationships with corporate and retail clients from the Jaipur area. You will tailor financial solutions and ensure onboarding, servicing, and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of financial products and strong negotiation skills, with 5+ years in relationship management within banking/FS.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on Current and Savings Accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve business growth targets for Current and Savings Accounts.
Identify client needs and provide customized banking solutions, including deposit products, cash management, and other financial services.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the financial services sector.
Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
Monitor account activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks associated with client portfolios.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the bank’s products and services.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Resolve client queries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on the latest financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
