This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank's footprint in the business banking segment and contributing to the overall sales objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business banking clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
• Identify and acquire new business clients within the SME segment to expand the bank’s business portfolio.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and credit assessments to evaluate client eligibility for various banking products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure and deliver comprehensive financial products including loans, cash management, and trade finance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing client accounts and transactions.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the business banking portfolio to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
