Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to grow Current and Savings Accounts business.
• Provide tailored banking solutions including deposits, cash management and other services.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit, operations and compliance for seamless onboarding and servicing.
• Monitor activities to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Prepare proposals and presentations to clients highlighting product benefits.
• Negotiate terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
