This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank's footprint in the business banking segment by providing exceptional service and strategic financial advice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business banking clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
• Identify and acquire new business clients by leveraging market insights and networking within the SME sector.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment to recommend appropriate credit products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
• Monitor client portfolios regularly to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of bank products.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
• Prepare and present detailed business proposals and credit applications to senior management for approval.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to business banking growth and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
