Job summary

RBL Bank is hiring for Relationship Manager CASA in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Bangalore. The role requires 1+ year of banking experience with mandatory CASA sales/ acquisition and sourcing of Current & Savings Accounts, NTB customers. Local language proficiency is essential, with 50% field sales and 50% branch banking duties.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Graduation is required. Locations include Chennai, Coimbatore, and Bangalore, with women candidates in Chennai & Coimbatore and all genders

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Banking / Branch Banking.
• Hands-on experience in CASA Sales / CASA Acquisition.

• Comfortable with 50% field sales & 50% branch banking/customer relationship activities.
• Strong communication, customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of local market and commercial catchments.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire CASA customers through field visits, leads and open-market sourcing.
• Generate and convert NTB business opportunities.
• Manage customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits and develop business in the assigned market.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services.
• Coordinate with branch teams for account opening, documentation and customer servicing.
• Maintain customer records and follow bank processes/KYC requirements.
