The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving sales of insurance/financial products through the Banca Channel and Direct Channel. The role involves building strong relationships with bank partners, acquiring new customers, managing existing client portfolios, and achieving business targets through effective customer engagement and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales activities, referrals, and networking.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients by offering customized financial and insurance solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and need-analysis discussions.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers.
