Primary Role Description

The job involves managing regional sales through Bancassurance partners, working closely with branch managers, customer service teams, and across the business to deliver high-quality services to beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across all customer segments.
• Maintain relationships with branch staff and resolve escalations promptly.
• Support sales activities such as joint calls, referral tracking, and customer service.
• Conduct product training and ensure weekly/monthly activation of sales force.
• Drive productivity and measure market penetration.
• Engage in customer awareness programs and explore bundling opportunities.
• Implement reward and recognition programs for bank staff.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Certificates

Graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience & Skills

2-5 years in Bancassurance, preferably in Life/General Insurance or related fields.
