Primary Role

Manage Niva Bupa regional sales through Bancassurance partners, working closely with branch managers, customer service, and across the business to deliver high-quality services to Banca beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve branch sales targets across customer segments.
2. Maintain relationships and resolve escalations within TATs.
3. Support bank’s sales force with activities like joint sales calls, referrals, and product training.
4. Ensure activation and productivity of bank’s sales force.
5. Measure penetration and update lead management systems.
6. Engage in customer awareness programs and explore bundling opportunities.
7. Drive reward and recognition programs for bank staff.

Key Requirements

Education & Certificates

Graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience & Skills

2-5 years in Life/General Insurance Bancassurance, Relationship Management, or Investment & Wealth Advisory in banks.
