Primary Role Description

The job holder manages Niva Bupa's regional sales through Bancassurance partners, working closely with branch managers, customer service, and other teams to deliver high-quality services to Banca beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across all customer segments.
• Maintain relationships and resolve escalations within TATs.
• Support bank’s sales activities and conduct product training.
• Ensure activation and productivity of bank’s sales force.
• Drive customer awareness programs and promote health insurance solutions.
• Create mindshare among branch leadership and manage reward programs.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

Graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience & Skills

2-5 years in Life/General Insurance Bancassurance, Relationship Management, Investment & Wealth Advisory.
