Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of financial products, banking regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client financial needs and offer tailored solutions including business loans, current accounts, swipe machines, QR codes, and other embedded finance products.
• Drive adoption of key offerings such as swipe machine integrations, Petpooja loans, voice payment solutions, payroll with mediclaim, and insurance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and ensure seamless end-to-end service.
• Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of financial products.
• Conduct regular client interactions to review needs and introduce relevant solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, compliance) for smooth processing.
• Stay updated on market trends, banking regulations, and product developments.
