Role Description

The Relationship Manager role at PBPartners is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with partners and customers, explaining insurance products and services, supporting policy sales and renewals, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner. The Relationship Manager also coordinates with internal teams, maintains accurate records of interactions, and provides feedback to improve processes and customer experience. This position requires consistent on-site presence to deliver in-person assistance and build strong, trust-based relationships.
