Job summary

PBPartners is hiring for a field sales role in the insurance sector. The candidate will recruit and onboard insurance agents in the assigned territory, guiding and supporting them to generate business.

The role requires conducting field visits for engagement and training, motivating agents to meet monthly targets, and helping with product understanding and policy processing. Fresher or up to 1 year of experience is acceptable.
