• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Help travellers find and book hotels.
• Aid traveler pre- and post-booking.
• Build and maintain relationships with travellers and hotel partners.
• Manage travellers and hotel partners’ profiles (booking confirmation, booking voucher, login credential, GST invoice).
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
• Meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understand key customer needs and address these.
• Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
• Know your competition and strategize accordingly.
• Perform any other job assigned by management.
